Machine Operator



A leading manufacturing company in the US is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines to produce high-quality products according to specifications. This role requires someone with previous experience in machine operation and a strong understanding of production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines to produce parts or products according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine operation in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
