The Head Baker will be responsible for overseeing and managing the baking operations of our bakery in Sofia. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in baking, with a strong background in pastry and bread making. They should have excellent leadership skills to manage a team of bakers, as well as strong organizational and time management skills to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods. The Head Baker will also be responsible for maintaining quality standards, developing new recipes, and managing inventory and supplies. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Foreigners are welcome to apply, however no English is required for this role. This is a contract job with accommodation provided. A valid biometric passport is preferred for ease of travel.
