Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark fabrics according to patterns and specifications
- Cut fabric using scissors or electric knife
- Sew pieces together using various techniques such as hand stitching or machine sewing
- Create and alter patterns to fit specific measurements
- Use specialized equipment such as sewing machines, sergers, and steam irons
- Inspect finished garments for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with designers and customers to ensure satisfaction with final products

Requirements:
- Experience as a Tailor/Seamstress preferred but not required
- Skilled in using sewing equipment and techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Ability to read and interpret patterns and measurements accurately
- Strong communication skills for working with designers and customers from diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to work full-time hours with some flexibility based on production needs
- Nepali nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English preferred but basic understanding is acceptable

Salary:
Starting salary of 1600$ per month will be offered based on experience level.
