Preservation Architect
Our architecture firm in Acre is seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of architectural history, materials, and techniques, as well as experience in project management and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct extensive research on historical buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans and strategies for each project
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Utilize sustainable practices in preservation efforts
- Maintain accurate documentation of all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of architectural history, materials, and techniques
- Experience in project management
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Understanding of sustainability principles

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
