Preservation Architect
We are hiring a Preservation Architect to join our team in Vilnius. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures. Your main duties will include conducting site assessments, creating preservation plans, coordinating with contractors and other professionals, and overseeing restoration projects. You will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience working as a Preservation Architect. Experience working on historical preservation projects is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of building materials and construction techniques is also essential.
As a Preservation Architect, you should have excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and government officials. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are also important in this role.
