Concrete Worker


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete structures according to project plans and specifications. This is a physically demanding job that requires the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by leveling, compacting, and setting up forms
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various hand tools and power equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete including edges and joints
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Remove forms once concrete is set and clean up work area
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project is completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or construction drawings
- Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
1200 $ per month
