As a Teamlead for our fast-paced digital marketing team in Akron, USA, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the team. Your role will involve planning, implementing and tracking our online marketing campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, a strong understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team towards success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms including social media, email marketing, PPC advertising, etc.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative content for campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints while maintaining high-quality standards
- Stay updated on industry developments and make recommendations for process improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in developing effective campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas to team members at all levels
- Experience managing a team or leading projects is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
