Commercial Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Triesen. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements. Your role will also involve managing projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and other professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Oversee the bidding process for contractors and select the most suitable ones for each project
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, surveyors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure that designs are being implemented correctly
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to ensure the best solutions are used in each project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect working on similar projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of commercial building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in projects
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with a creative mindset to develop unique designs

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Triesen (open to candidates of all nationalities)

Employment type: Contract (3-6 months, with possibility of extension)
