IT Manager



We are seeking an experienced and efficient IT Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure, ensuring its smooth operation and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies in line with company goals
- Manage all hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, and workstations
- Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of systems to ensure maximum uptime for employees
- Monitor system performance and security, implementing necessary updates and upgrades as needed
- Manage data backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity
- Plan and manage IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources
- Identify new technologies that could improve business processes or provide competitive advantage
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical individuals

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month without accommodation.

Location:
This position is based in Faisalabad. While we prefer a local candidate for this role, we are open to considering candidates from other cities within Pakistan who are willing to relocate.
