Teamlead - Bergen Contract Position


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Bergen. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve project goals and deadlines. Your main duties will include coordinating team members, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support to ensure project success.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting project deadlines
- Experience in project management and coordination
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and coordinate a team of professionals to ensure project success
- Delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Identify any issues or challenges that may arise during the project process
- Develop strategies to overcome obstacles and keep the project on track
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to review progress and address any concerns
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure effective project completion

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Bergen. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This position is suitable for both men and women.
