We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Bergen, Norway. As the Teamlead, you will oversee a team of professionals and ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to accomplish project goals
- Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure project milestones are met according to schedule
- Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Teamlead or similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using project management tools and software
- Understanding of budgeting and resource allocation processes

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Bergen, Norway. Candidates must be willing to work in the city without accommodation.
