Senior Level Developer


We are a fast-growing technology company based in Vilnius and we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Level Developer to join our team. As a Senior Level Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software solutions and managing a team of developers.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of software solutions from concept to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable code
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software developer, preferably in a senior or lead role
- Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Strong understanding of database management systems, SQL, and NoSQL databases
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month for the right candidate.

This position is based in Vilnius. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who are fluent in English.
