Our landscaping company is seeking an experienced gardener to join our team in Akron. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and a strong knowledge of plants, trees, and flowers. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining various types of plants, trees, and flowers
- Watering and fertilizing plants as needed
- Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests
- Maintaining garden equipment and tools
- Designing and implementing new garden layouts
- Collaborating with other team members on landscaping projects
- Providing excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a gardener or landscaper preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of plants, trees, and flowers
- Ability to use gardening tools and equipment safely
- Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills for working with clients and team members
- Attention to detail for maintaining the appearance of gardens
