Handyman for Urgent Maintenance Work in Nakuru, Kenya


We are urgently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. Our company specializes in providing maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as repairs, installations, and general upkeep of buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Install fixtures and appliances as needed
- Paint walls, repair drywall, and perform other general carpentry tasks
- Handle landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns and trimming trees
- Keep track of supplies and equipment inventory
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in order to effectively communicate with clients
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
