Computer Support Specialist - Biometric Passport Verification (Part-Time)


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Svalbard. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying biometric passports for students and ensuring their accuracy in our system. This is a part-time position, ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience while studying.

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify biometric passports for students using our specialized software
- Ensure accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive student data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (in progress or completed)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Experience with computer systems and software, preferably in a customer service or support role
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
This part-time position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
