Data Analyst (Part-Time)


We are hiring a Part-Time Data Analyst to join our team in Os, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data and providing insights and recommendations to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets using various tools and techniques
- Identify patterns and trends within the data to provide insights and recommendations
- Create reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain databases for efficient data storage and retrieval
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex information in a clear manner

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or Oracle
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
