Indian Restaurant Manager in Acre, Israel
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant in Acre, Israel. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong background in the food and beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, scheduling, and ensuring quality standards are met
- Train and develop team members to provide excellent service and maintain a positive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and minimize costs
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the chef to create menus that reflect the flavors of India while also catering to local tastes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian establishment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
Salary: $1100 per month, with accommodation provided.
This is a temporary position for 6 months with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
