Teamlead for Remote Project Management in Greenland


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our remote project management team in Greenland. As a teamlead, you will oversee and coordinate the work of our project management team, ensuring that projects are completed successfully and on time. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1500 per month, including accommodation. We welcome applications from women with experience in project management.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the work of the project management team
- Set project timelines, goals, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and ensure that all tasks are completed on time
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, preferably in a remote setting
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Trello or Asana
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
