Job Title: Part-Time Handyman in Faroe-Islands


We are currently seeking a Part-Time Handyman to join our team in the beautiful Faroe-Islands. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our property. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a handyman and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
-Performing general maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
-Performing routine inspections to identify potential issues
-Coordinating with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
-Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
-Responding to emergency maintenance requests as needed

Requirements:
-Prior experience as a handyman or in a similar role
-Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
-Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
-Flexibility to work part-time hours (approximately 20 hours per week)
-Must have own tools or be willing to purchase necessary tools for the job

Preferred Qualifications:
-Certification in a skilled trade such as plumbing, electrical, or carpentry
-Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (English and Faroese preferred)
-Prior experience working in a hospitality or customer service environment
-Familiarity with local building codes and regulations

Compensation:
-Salary of 1300$ per month (based on 20 hours per week)
-Accommodation provided at no cost
