ESL Teacher

We are seeking a qualified and experienced ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As an ESL Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, conducting classroom activities, and assessing student progress. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the needs of ESL learners
- Conduct classroom activities that promote language development
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Monitor and assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other evaluations
- Communicate regularly with students' parents/guardians regarding their progress
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop curriculum and share resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in TESOL, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in ESL/EFL settings
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Understanding of language acquisition theories and methodologies
- Ability to work well with diverse groups of students from different backgrounds

Preferred qualifications:
- Teaching certification such as TEFL or CELTA
- Experience teaching different levels and age groups (children, teenagers, adults)
- Knowledge of Danish language/culture is an asset but not required
