Rental Agent


We are a reputable rental company located in Pula, looking for a dedicated and friendly Rental Agent to join our team. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with their rental needs, and managing the rental process from start to finish. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their rental inquiries
- Provide detailed information about our rental services and pricing
- Process rental agreements and payments accurately
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed accordingly
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off for customers
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each rental
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
