Waiter/Server - Nepali (Contract with Accommodation and Visa)

A well-established restaurant in Ashdod is seeking a skilled and experienced Nepali waiter/server to join our team. This is a contract position with accommodation provided, along with a free visa and ticket. This job is suitable for men who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables
- Provide suggestions and recommendations from the menu based on customer preferences
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and workstations
- Collect payments from customers and process them accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/server in a busy restaurant setting
- Fluent in Nepali (basic English proficiency preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1500 per month
