Computer Systems Analyst

The Computer Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and designing computer systems and software solutions to meet the needs of our company. This role requires a strong understanding of both business and technology, as well as experience in project management and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or a related field, along with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing computer systems and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other team members to design and implement new software solutions
- Manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality performance of systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for system updates or upgrades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, including SQL and database management
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Akron, Ohio (accommodation can be provided if necessary)
