The position of Concierge Assistant is a key role within our luxury hotel in Porto, Portugal. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to assist our guests with their needs during their stay. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization, and assisting with various tasks as needed. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Arrange reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Coordinate transportation services for guests including booking taxis or rental cars
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Assist with luggage storage and retrieval for guests
- Keep track of guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
