Concierge Assistant

We are hiring a Concierge Assistant to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include assisting guests with check-in and check-out, making reservations for local attractions and restaurants, and providing recommendations for activities and events in the city. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lobby and common areas, as well as handling any guest inquiries or concerns. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality to start their career in the industry. Accommodation will be provided for this position.
