We are currently seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our growing team in Faro, Portugal. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate and move earth, rock and other materials for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain excavators in a safe and efficient manner
- Use various attachments to complete tasks such as digging, loading, and leveling
- Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and diagrams
- Work closely with other crew members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Inspect equipment before and after each use to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators
- Valid operator's license for heavy machinery
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others
