As a Guest Service Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during their stay. You will serve as the main point of contact for all guest inquiries and requests, and will work closely with other hotel staff to ensure that each guest has a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently
- Make reservations for guests at local restaurants or activities
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as needed
- Ensure that all guest rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities
- Follow up with guests after their stay to address any feedback or concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly

This position is open to candidates of all nationalities who have the legal right to work in Svalbard. We are seeking individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and attentive to the needs of others. As a concierge, you must be able to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism. The ability to speak multiple languages is also beneficial.
