Concierge Assistant
As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to guests at our resort in Svalbard. You will assist the Concierge team in coordinating guest activities, making reservations, and recommending local attractions and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining an organized and welcoming lobby area, including greeting guests, answering phones, and responding to guest inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests is essential for success in this role. Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month and does not include accommodation. We welcome applicants of all genders to apply for this role.
