Temporary Concierge

We are seeking a friendly and organized Temporary Concierge to join our team in Svalbard. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area, and assisting with various tasks as needed. This is a temporary position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Handle guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Friendly demeanor and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain one for temporary employment in Svalbard
- Accommodation will be provided
