Commercial Architect
Location: Monte-Carlo, Monaco
A prestigious architecture firm in Monte-Carlo is seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and strong project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and vision for commercial projects
- Develop designs and plans that meet client requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with other architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Conduct site visits to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new materials, technologies, and techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a commercial architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, materials, and construction methods
- Fluent in English (French proficiency preferred)
- Must be able to work legally in Monaco (own visa preferred)
