Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in obtaining new clients and maintaining existing relationships. This role requires a highly driven individual with excellent communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, preferably in the same industry, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Maintain current client relationships through regular communication and providing excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare and present sales reports to upper management
- Train and mentor team members to improve their performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for business purposes if necessary
Salary: $1400 per month with accommodation provided.
Location: This position is based in Greenland but candidates from other nationalities are also welcome to apply.
