Office Administrator
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team in Salalah. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support to staff, and ensuring the smooth running of daily tasks. This position requires strong communication skills in English and is open to Indian nationals. Previous experience is not required but preferred. This is an urgent hiring and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in office procedures
- Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator or similar role is a plus
- Indian nationality preferred
