Our growing company is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Dickirch. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and drive growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of goals
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors' activities
- Build strong relationships with clients and potential customers
- Participate in networking events to promote our company's products/services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
