Construction Manager (Lom, Togo)


We are hiring a Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the city of Lom, Togo. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects within the given budget and timeline. Your main duties will include managing project teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.

To excel in this role, you should have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive knowledge of construction methods and materials. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required. Prior experience in construction management is also preferred but not required.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in construction management (preferred)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
