Construction Site Manager



We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Construction Site Manager to join our team in Lom, providing jobs for Malayalees. As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all construction activities on site. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project schedules and ensure timely completion of all construction activities within budget
- Manage and supervise site staff including subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Keep track of project expenses and provide regular reports to management on budget status
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement necessary measures to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Site Manager in the construction industry
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects successfully
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software
