A reputable company in Vilnius, Lithuania is seeking experienced Dismantlers to join our team. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling and removing parts from vehicles and machinery. This role requires physical strength and the ability to use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:
- Safely dismantle vehicles and machinery according to company standards
- Identify and remove valuable parts for resale
- Label and organize parts for storage or shipping
- Dispose of non-reusable materials in an environmentally friendly manner
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Dismantler or similar role
- Ability to use various hand and power tools, such as wrenches, hammers, drills, etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must have valid work visa for Lithuania (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Fluent in English (additional languages considered an asset)
