We are currently seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Vilnius. Our cafe is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike, known for our high-quality coffee and friendly atmosphere. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cafe.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure all drinks are made to company standards in terms of taste, presentation, and quality
- Educate customers about our coffee beans, brewing methods, and other products
- Keep the cafe clean and organized at all times
- Restock supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current menu items, promotions, and specials

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be able to work well within a team as well as independently
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
