Industrial Architect


We are in search of an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, ensuring that they meet all safety and regulatory standards. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to create functional and efficient spaces for manufacturing, storage, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and construction, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings, structures, and facilities while considering factors such as functionality, safety, budget, and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure that designs meet all structural requirements.
- Work closely with contractors to oversee the construction process and ensure that designs are executed accurately.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess potential locations for industrial developments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors throughout the design process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial design or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience working on international projects or with multinational clients.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Multan, Pakistan. The candidate must be willing to relocate to Multan for the duration of the contract.
