Job Title: Barista (Khanpur)


Baristas are responsible for creating and serving delicious coffee and tea beverages to our customers. As a skilled professional, you will have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using your knowledge of different coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art to create unique and satisfying drinks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders accurately
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by monitoring the freshness of ingredients and proper presentation of drinks
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different brewing techniques, latte art, and coffee beans is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule with availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Biometric passport is required for this contract job

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this contract job. Additionally, tips are shared among the baristas.
