Sales Manager - Braga, Portugal
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities for our company in the Braga region. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet targets and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes
- Train and onboard new sales team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management for review
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or related field preferred but not required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the local market in Braga is highly desirable
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
