Online Consultant for E-commerce Company in USA



As an Online Consultant for our fast-growing e-commerce company in the USA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main duty will be to assist customers with their online purchases, answer any questions or concerns they may have, and ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$, with no previous experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via live chat, email, or phone to assist them with their online orders
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery by coordinating with the warehouse team
- Continuously learn about new products, promotions, policies, and procedures to provide up-to-date information to customers
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and sales to improve the overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by upselling or cross-selling products to customers

Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude towards finding solutions
- Availability to work on weekends or evenings as needed
