As a Senior Architect in our dynamic and innovative team, you will play a key role in designing and overseeing the construction of various architectural projects in Bergen, Norway. With your extensive experience and expertise, you will lead a team of architects and collaborate with engineers and contractors to bring our clients' visions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to project completion
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD or similar software
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for creating detailed drawings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (Norwegian proficiency is an asset)
