A reputable bakery in Randers is seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Baker to join our team. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods according to our recipes and standards. This is a contract position, suitable for individuals with their own visa, who are looking for flexible work arrangements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and produce consistent results
- Strong time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods using ovens or other equipment
- Ensure all products are baked to the highest quality standards
- Monitor baking process and make adjustments as needed to achieve desired results
- Maintain proper inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and work area in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this contract position. The exact number of working hours per week will be discussed during the interview.
