Turner Operator

As a Turner Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various turning machines to produce precision metal parts. You will work with various materials, including steel, aluminum, and other alloys, to create parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. You must have experience in programming and operating CNC turning machines and possess a strong understanding of machining principles. This position is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce high-quality metal parts
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Select appropriate cutting tools and materials for each job
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot issues with machines or finished products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Comply with all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Turner Operator or similar role
- Proficient in programming and operating CNC turning machines
- Strong understanding of machining principles
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience working with various materials, including steel, aluminum, and alloys
- Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Good physical condition with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1200 per month (with accommodation)

Location: Vejle, Denmark
