Courier Delivery Associate



As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages and documents to customers in Jeddah. You will be working with a fast-paced team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest level of professionalism. This position is suitable for men with experience in courier services.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules
- Collect payments from customers when required
- Communicate effectively with customers to address any concerns or questions they may have
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries made
- Report any issues or delays in delivery to the supervisor immediately
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving company vehicles

Requirements:

- Indian nationality preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in courier services
- Valid driver's license
- Good knowledge of Jeddah roads and neighborhoods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit to handle packages up to 20kg
- Ability to work without accommodation
