We are a leading manufacturing company in Shan, seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together, following specific blueprints and specifications. This role requires precision and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Use welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and ARC to join metal parts together
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine appropriate welding methods
- Measure and mark metal materials for accurate assembly
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control
- Operate various tools and equipment such as grinders, saws, and cutting torches
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding or related field
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Proficient in using MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to welding
