The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. The ideal candidate should have a valid driver's license and be able to operate the equipment safely and efficiently. They should also possess strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and follow instructions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project specifications
- Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Safely maneuver equipment on job sites while following all safety protocols
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operation and completion of projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or related field
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and follow project plans
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: $1600 per month
