Part-Time Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Lisbon. As a Part-Time Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and projects. This is a great opportunity for students or individuals with their own visa looking for flexible part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Track inventory and order supplies as needed
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
- Must have own visa or be a student in Lisbon

Salary: 1500$ per month (based on 20 hours/week)
