Quality Assurance Tester


We are in search of a skilled Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Svalbard. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet high-quality standards before they are released to the market. Your main duties will include conducting manual and automated tests, identifying and reporting any defects or issues, and working closely with the development team to resolve them. You should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, along with free visa and ticket for women candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated tests on software applications
- Identify and report any defects or issues
- Collaborate with the development team to address identified problems
- Develop test plans and strategies based on project requirements
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards before release
- Document test results and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with agile methodology
- ISTQB certification
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
