Restaurant Manager
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Oslo, Norway. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining the financial health of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and budget
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff according to their skills and availability
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to maintain high standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Create promotional activities to attract customers and increase sales
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Native or fluent in Norwegian
